Founder & Lead Technology Consultant
Moses Olouch Abuya is a software developer, technical strategist, and the founder of Millennium Meritum Technology and Procurement (MM Tech & Pro). Based in Nairobi, Kenya, he established the company with a clear mission: to deliver world-class web development, custom software, and enterprise technology solutions tailored to the East African market.
With hands-on expertise in Next.js, React, Kotlin, and enterprise system architecture, Moses leads every project from initial scoping through deployment. His approach combines technical depth with practical understanding of Kenyan business challenges, including M-Pesa integration, Safaricom network optimization, and compliance with KRA and CBK standards.
Under his leadership, MM Tech & Pro has delivered web solutions and Sacco websites across Kenya, Liberia, and beyond. The company has grown from a solo consultancy into a dual-force firm handling both software engineering and strategic hardware procurement for corporate and government clients.
